What are the system requirements for daER™?

What does daER™ consist of?

daER™ consists of two software applications; one of which is installed on a Microsoft Windows-based PC which will be used to synchronize with the handheld, and the other which is designed to be installed on each PalmOS handheld device intended to be used for medical charting.

How do I learn to use Digital Assist's software?

First practice using the general functions of your PDA.  Use the Getting Started guide to get you started.

Do you need to come to our office to train?

Not necessarily, although you can if you'd like.  Our sales staff would be more than happy to come to your location to make sure that our software is functioning correctly as well as train the Doctors, training time is very short and will only take up about 1 hour of your time at the most.

How can Digital Assist improve productivity and patient care?

Using the daER™ software allows doctors to quickly and accurately complete a chart, which frees them to provide hands-on care to the patient.

How can daER™ reduce charting time?

Charting time is reduced by having an intuitive chart preloaded into the Palm computer, therefore reducing the amount of time it takes to dictate or hand write the patient chart.

What are the future plans of Digital Assist?
