Spencer Brown, Jr., Chairman and CEO – Over twenty years of senior management experience, including M&A, strategic planning and corporate strategy. Brown has served as president of Ballinger Compress Co., and Rule Compress Co. A graduate of the University of Texas with a B.A., he is a member of the board of directors of National Diversified Co., Tipaz, and Extraco Banks, NA, a privately held financial institution. Brown has been a member of the American Management Association for approximately 10 years.
John Stetson, President and COO – John Stetson has over 20 years experience in the high-tech industry with extensive start-up, State, Local, Federal Government, and OEM sales and marketing experience in both hardware and software markets. Previously Stetson was President and VP, Business Development of OfficeDomain, an Internet-based communications ASP and ISV. Prior to that he was President and COO of Computer Management Assistance Corporation, a software company that provides enterprise solutions to the distribution and manufacturing market segments on turnkey UNIX-based client/server platforms. He has held senior sales and marketing positions with Cornerstone Securities Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, DataAid, JRL Systems, Automated Data Processing, International Bureau of Software Testing, etc. He is a member of IEEE.
John Robert Pharr, CFO – Mr. Pharr has over twenty years of executive level financial and operations management experience in multiple industries, including software development, computer chip and board manufacturing, legal and accounting services, and the recording industry. Mr. Pharr has been instrumental in the development of private placement memoranda and business plans for Tipaz and several other fund raising efforts on behalf of National Diversified Corporation. Mr. Pharr is a CPA and a 1972 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in accounting.
Brad Harris, VP of Engineering and Product Development – Mr. Harris has over 30 years experience in software development and implementation on a wide range of hardware and software platforms. In his current role, Brad develops technology strategies, leads architectural design work, and coordinates development and implementation teams. Prior to joining DigitalAssist he was the lead architect on major development projects for EDS, Anacomp, OfficeDomain, and Atlantic National Bank of Florida.
